ABOUT
Where we came from.
We started in investment management in Singapore. We now work across Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States, owning stakes in companies, putting money into deals, and running the teams that do the work.
We have traditionally worked with owner-managed businesses on expansion, international access and turnaround mandates. We have always worked with high potential start-ups, and we structure larger investment and arbitrage deals alongside them.
The three rings in our mark are strategy, capital and access, the three things a deal needs at once.

Dillon has spent the past decade building, buying and backing owner-managed businesses across the US, the UK, Ireland and Asia Pacific. After HEC Paris he was a strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies, then took that into the UK small business market as a principal investor and adviser, expanding from there into Ireland and the US.
Raised in Singapore in an entrepreneurial family, he has lived in eight countries and has been a licensed private pilot for over a decade.
