SRG Strategy was founded in 2017 after noticing high demand for executive-level strategic advisory - especially from independent and founder-led businesses looking to grow, restructure or exit. We funnel decades of corporate experience, business ownership and venture building to enable growth-ambitious CEOs to simplify the scaling process. We’ve worked with dozens of companies globally to accelerate growth, expand internationally, execute strategic M&A and exit.
